Ambasadori amerikan në Beograd, Christopher Hill ka deklaruar se marrëveshja e Brukselit ka të bëjë me Kosovën, e jo me çështjet e pakicave në Serbi.
“Duhet të jem shumë i qartë kur them se dialogu në Bruksel ka të bëjë me zgjidhjen e problemeve ndërmjet Prishtinës dhe Beogradit. Qëllimi i dialogut nuk është që të zgjidhen ndonjë çështje tjetër, çështjet e pakicave këtu apo në pjesët tjera të vendit”, ka thënë Hill.
Kështu, ambasadori amerikan ka theksuar se çështja e shqiptarëve në Serbi është ekskluzivisht çështje e shtetit të Serbisë dhe përsëriti se “nuk ka të bëjë fare me dialogun e Brukselit”.
Sipas tij, politika zyrtare e SHBA-së është të mbështesë dialogun e Brukselit dhe marrëveshjen e arritur, “pjesë e rëndësishme e së cilës është themelimi i Asociacionit të Komunave me shumicë serbe”.
“Marrëveshja e arritur nuk ka ndërmend të kalojë kufijtë në asnjë mënyrë”, ka thënë ndër të tjera ambasadori amerikan.

Ngjarja ishte po kaq barbare, por me adresë të qartë. Të nesërmen në mëngjes të gjithë e njihnin dhe dinin vrasësin. Ishte Sali Berisha. Për këtë arsye ai u rendit si një nga dhjetë armiqtë botërore të shtypit, në krah të Koresë së Veriut, Kubës Miloshevicit dhe Ajatullahëve të Iranit.

Per ? dy fjale ne lidhje me idene Rama-Thaci.Nese nuk ju kujtohet shihni median e asaj kohe.Thaci thoshte qe Serbise do ti marrim luginen e Presheves e kur pyetej se cfare do marrin serbet si kembim ai thoshte asgje .Kjo ishte transparenca e mareveshjes qe donte dyshja dhe natyrisht Washingtoni.Edhe tani ata po i bejne presion qeverise Kurti e jo agresorit serb.Nese mendoni se te huajt e duan vendin tone e kini gabim
Nuk mendoj se te gjithe te huajt e duan vendin tone. Por ka te huaj qe vertet e duan , dhe ne atyre ju kthyem kurrizin.
Nuk na e kane te huajt fajin kur ne shajme dhe perdhosim njeri tjetrin si ‘antishqiptare’ dhe ‘ tradhetare qe shitem kosoven ‘ .
Nuk na e kane fajin te huajt qe ne jemi kaq shume te percare ( sepse ne percajme veten) .
Nuk na e kane fajin te huajt sepse ne nuk jemi te pjekur , me kembe ne toke dhe me eksperjence ne politiken tone te jashtme.
Nuk na e kane fajin te huajt kur genjejme elektoratin/popullin tone per ceshtje te politikes se jashtme.
Nuk na e kane fajin te huajt qe ne nuk pranojme mendimet , idete dhe veprimet ndryshe nga tonat.
Sa per transparencen e marrveshjes se thacit, natyrisht qe nuk do kishte 100% transparence.
Shiko historine boterore. Gjate bisedimeve ( negociatave) shume pak elemente behen transparente per publikun, por ne fund mbasi palet kane rene dakort, gjithcka behet transparente sepse do te diskutohen dhe aprovohen ne parlamentet respektive, ose ne raste te caktuara dhe me referendum.
Pra nuk kishte asnje shanc qe ne marrveshjen finale te kishte dicka jo transparente.
Mos u mundo kot te justifikosh fiaskon dhe deshtimin e madh te klases politike shqiptare ne rastin e shkembimit te teritoreve.
