Kolegji Zgjedhor ka hedhur poshtë ankimimin e bërë nga Berisha, ku kërkohej pezullimi i regjistrimit të PD të drejtuar nga kryetari i komanduar Enkelejd të Alibeaj si subjekt pjesëmarrës në zgjedhjet lokale të 14 majit.
“PD nuk ka asnjë akt gjyqësor ligjor që vërtetohet se përfaqësohet nga Sali Berisha. Madje nuk ka asnjë kërkesë drejtuar gjykatës për t’u regjistruar si kryetar i PD. Nuk mund te këtë tagrat e një subjekti zgjedhor. Duhet të hyjë si individ dhe jo si subjekt zgjedhor”, ishte pretendimi i përfaqësuesit ligjor Indrit Sefa.
Ndërkohë pala tjetër pretendoi se kërkesa nuk argumentohej me fakte.
“Kërkesë aspak e argumentuar me fakte. Berisha ka interes për përfaqësim, si i zgjedhur i PD. Kërkesa për moslegjitim bie. Çështja është gjykuar e përbashkët si nga KQZ edhe nga KAS”, u shpreh përfaqësuesi Leido Nuraj.

Ngjarja ishte po kaq barbare, por me adresë të qartë. Të nesërmen në mëngjes të gjithë e njihnin dhe dinin vrasësin. Ishte Sali Berisha. Për këtë arsye ai u rendit si një nga dhjetë armiqtë botërore të shtypit, në krah të Koresë së Veriut, Kubës Miloshevicit dhe Ajatullahëve të Iranit.
